When trips are operated by third-party tour operators, sensitive travel details are handled directly by those operators when you book.

- Print-on-demand partners for merchandise fulfillment (e.g., Printful)

- Airlines, hotels, guides, and other travel vendors when TCN operates a trip and needs to provide traveler details to secure services
- Insurance providers when travel insurance is arranged for TCN or, where permitted, on a client’s behalf

With Third-Party Travel Operators:
When you express interest in or register for a trip operated by a third party such as 206 Tours or World Expeditions, we may share only the information necessary for them to respond, process your registration, or communicate with you directly. We may also receive traveler information from these operators to maintain client relationships, provide support, or send relevant communications; such received data is used solely for these purposes.
